All vendors who apply for booth space must satisfy all Federal, State and County License and permit requirements. Click here for license and permit requirements. An Application for Exhibit Space must be submitted by all vendors requesting exhibit space during the Covered Bridge Festival. Click here for vendor application. The application can be downloaded and emailed to info@willowroseproperties.com. The application can also be sent via mail or fax. If the application is approved an Exhibit contract will be created. Reserved Parking is also available during the Covered Bridge Festival. Click here for a reserved parking application. The application can be downloaded and emailed to info@willowroseproperties.com. RV Parking is also available during the Covered Bridge Festival. See below for more information.
The Willow Rose RV Park is open year round and has daily, weekly and monthly rates. (Special rates apply during the Covered Bridge Festival, see below. Click here for registration information. The WRP Special Events Contract must be submitted to request rental of the Carriage House.
